Reasons behind fall of Nigma Galaxy!

Nigma Galaxy: Why They Fell and How They Can Rise Again:

Nigma Galaxy was once one of the most dominant teams in Dota 2, winning the Dream League Season 11 Major and finishing first in The International 2017, Top 5 in international 2018 and finishing in second place at The International 2019. However, the team has struggled in recent years, failing to qualify for the last two Internationals.

Reasons:

There are a number of reasons for Nigma Galaxy's fall from grace.

Departure of Miracle:

One reason is the departure of Miracle-, one of the best players in the world. Miracle moved to inactive roster of Nigma Galaxy in 2022 , and his departure has been a major blow to the team.

Lack of a clear identity:

Another reason for Nigma Galaxy's struggles is the lack of a clear identity. The team has tried to play a variety of different styles, but they have never really found one that they are comfortable with. This has made it difficult for them to be consistent, and they have often looked lost on the map.

Competition:

Finally, the rise of new competition has also contributed to Nigma Galaxy's decline. In recent years, a number of new teams have emerged that are better than Nigma Galaxy. This has made it more difficult for Nigma Galaxy to compete at the highest level.

A little hop for fans:

Despite their recent struggles, Nigma Galaxy still has a lot of potential. The team has a strong core of players in KuroKy, GH, and MinD_ContRoL. Mikey and Yuma are both young and talented players who have the potential to be stars in the future. If Nigma Galaxy can find a way to get their act together, they have the potential to be a top contender again.

Things required:

Here are some of the things that Nigma Galaxy can do to improve their future:

  • Find a new carry player: Nigma Galaxy needs to find a new carry player who can be a consistent performer. Miracle- was a major part of the team's success, and his departure has left a big hole in the team's lineup.
  • Develop a clear identity: Nigma Galaxy needs to develop a clear identity as a team. They need to find a style of play that they are comfortable with and that they can execute consistently.
  • Adapt to the meta: The Dota 2 meta is constantly changing, and Nigma Galaxy needs to be able to adapt to these changes. The team has shown in the past that they are capable of adapting to the meta, but they will need to continue to do so if they want to be a top contender.

If Nigma Galaxy can address these issues, they have the potential to be a top contender again. However, if they don't, they will continue to struggle and may eventually be relegated to the lower tiers of Dota 2.
